i was getting that a lot with 2 drones in particular, they just orbit with the mwd on around me. ended up killing them as they wouldnt dock when they got aggro, so far the new ones have been ok.

its in thier description how often you can use them i think, and they wont allways take 3 mins, some are quicker, depends on where the other person is, if you need to use them a lot get a coupple of level 4 agents near to each other and switch bet...
